  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.

  • Want a different style or color? Contact us to arrange an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
